“I could write a book about how much I love Fresh Start. It started when I was too overwhelmed to even do my dishes. Most cleaning companies wont do the dishes so after calling around I felt discouraged. I finally called Fresh Start Cleaning Company after reading a comment I saw on facebook. The first question I asked was “Do you do dishes?” To my surprise it was the owner that answered and told me “not for every clean but if you need it done, we will do it” they came out and did an estimate and my house was a pigsty, I was headed for the show hoarders. After talking with her and explaining I had been in a deep depression for months and let the house go. She didn’t make me feel ashamed and kept saying “it’s not bad, we can handle it” but the truth is, it WAS that bad. She came by the next day and got started right away. When I say I was absolutely AMAZED at the work they did, I couldn’t even believe that it was my house. That was 2 years ago, she still comes over once a week and does some maintenance cleaning for me. I fell into another depression about 6 months ago. She went way beyond the scope of cleaning and i truly believe she is how i pulled out of my depression much faster this time. She would call me twice a week asking if I needed anything, offered to cook me a meal, brought me groceries, and even came over just to pick up laundry, and brought it back clean, folded and sorted and put it away for me. I can’t thank her enough for all shes done for me. The way she runs her business and treats her clients like family is what separates her from everyone else. No matter how busy she is, she still makes time to answer my calls and texts. Even with her business growing, She is still on time, thorough, and still finds extra little things to clean while shes here. I say this from the bottom of my heart, thank you and I love you.
